RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Items Eligible for Return:

  • Products purchased within the last 7 days from the date of delivery

  • Items in original condition with all tags attached

  • Unused products in original packaging

  • Items without any damage, stains, or alterations

  • Products that do not fit due to sizing issues

 

Items NOT Eligible for Return:

  • Custom-made or altered items (unless defective)

  • Products used or worn (except for trying on)

  • Items damaged by misuse or normal wear

  • Products without original tags and packaging

  • Sale items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"

 

RETURN CONDITIONS

Product Condition Requirements:

  • Items must be in original condition as received

  • All tags and labels must be intact

  • Products should be clean and unworn (trying on is acceptable)

  • Original packaging and accessories must be included

  • No alterations or modifications should have been made

 

Return Window:

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery

  • Return pickup must be completed within 10 days of delivery

  • Late return requests may not be accepted

 

REFUND PROCESS

How to Initiate a Return:

    • Product details

    • Reason for return

    • Clear photos (if damaged/defective)

  3. Return Authorization:

    • We'll review your request within 24-48 hours

    • If approved, you'll receive return authorization and instructions

 

REFUND TIMELINE & METHOD

Processing Time:

  • 2-3 business days to inspect returned items after receipt

  • 5-7 business days for refund processing after approval

  • 7-10 business days for amount to reflect in your account

Refund Method:

  • Original Payment Method: Refunds will be processed through the same method used for payment

EXCHANGE POLICY

Size Exchange:

  • Available for size-related issues within 7 days

  • Subject to stock availability

  • Size difference charges may apply

  • Free exchange for manufacturing defects

 

Color/Style Exchange:

  • Available within 7 days of delivery

  • Subject to stock availability

  • May incur shipping charges

  • Exchange value adjustments if price difference exists

Exchange Process:

  1. Contact customer service with exchange request

  2. Send original item back (following return process)

  3. New item ships once we receive and verify return

  4. Additional payments collected if price difference exists
